Purchases & Refunds
If your payment is declined, check the following:
Your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are entered correctly.
Your card has sufficient funds or available credit.
Your bank does not block international or online transactions.
You are using a supported payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
If the problem persists, try a different browser, clear your cache, or contact your bank.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To request a refund:
Log into your account on fotepur.com and go to Order History.
Select the order and click Request Refund.
Follow the instructions (you may need to provide a reason and, if applicable, return the product).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if a physical product). The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Redeeming a coupon on FOTEPUR is easy:
Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
Proceed to Checkout.
Locate the field labelled “Coupon Code” or “Discount Code”.
Enter your code exactly as shown (case‑sensitive) and click Apply.
The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment.
Note: Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To request a change or cancellation:
Go to My Account → Orders and click Cancel Order, or
Contact us immediately at orders@fotepur.com with your order number.
After the 1‑hour window or once the order is processed, you may need to follow the standard return/refund process.
Yes. Immediately after your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your receipt. You can also download a PDF invoice from My Account → Order History at any time.
Making Courses
To become a course creator on FOTEPUR:
Go to fotepur.com and log into your account.
Navigate to Dashboard → Become a Creator (or Instructor).
Fill out the instructor application form – we’ll review it within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, go to Dashboard → Create Course.
Add your course title, description, learning objectives, and pricing.
Upload video lessons, quizzes, and downloadable resources.
Submit your course for review. After approval, it will go live on our marketplace.
Note: You must own the rights to all content you upload. FOTEPUR may take a commission on sales – see our Creator Agreement for details.
es. From your instructor dashboard, you can:
Edit – Update description, pricing, or lessons (changes appear after moderation).
Delete – Remove the course entirely. Note that students who already purchased it will still have access unless you coordinate with support.
For major changes (e.g., replacing a whole module), contact creators@fotepur.com.
Your account name (display name) can be changed easily:
Log into your account at fotepur.com.
Click on your profile icon (top right) and select Account Settings or Profile.
Find the Display Name or Full Name field.
Enter your new name and click Save Changes.
If you need to change your legal name (for payments or certificates), please contact support at support@fotepur.com with a valid ID.
To keep your account secure:
Go to fotepur.com and log in.
Navigate to Account Settings → Security (or Change Password).
Enter your current password.
Type your new password (at least 8 characters, include a number and special character for best security).
Confirm your new password and click Update Password.
Forgot your password? On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
We take content quality seriously. To report an issue:
Go to the course page on fotepur.com.
Click “Report Issue” (usually under “Support” or near the lessons).
Describe the problem (e.g., “Lecture 3 video won’t play” or “Quiz answer is incorrect”).
Alternatively, email quality@fotepur.com with the course name and lesson number.
Our team will investigate and notify the instructor to fix it within 2–3 business days.
