COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Procedure Training is designed to educate employees on the safe isolation of hazardous energy sources during equipment maintenance, servicing, or repair. The training covers identification of energy sources (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, and chemical), proper use of lockout and tagout devices, and step-by-step procedures to shut down, isolate, lock, and verify equipment before work begins. Participants learn their roles and responsibilities, compliance with safety regulations, and methods to prevent accidental startup, thereby reducing the risk of injury and ensuring a safe work environmenterience with live project work and examples.
